• Can Aerolister relist my items when my computer is shut down?
  No, your PC must be on while you want the program to function and to periodically relist your items.
• Is this application safe for relisting? I do not want to lose profit.
  Certainly. During development functional security was top priority, while eBay also approved the program. If Aerolister detects a communication error between the eBay and Aerolister servers or a data request fails, it tries to send the information again and again.
• After registering on the eBay sign in page, a panel displays "please wait". How long will it take to get started?
  Item synchronization with the eBay server may take up to 5-60 minutes depending on your local internet connection, and the number of your items. Please be patient and do not close the panel.
• How can you state that this is a safe application if you handle all data of my listings?
  Please take notice that for security reasons your eBay password will never be revealed to Aerolister and thus we do not have access to your account. All data transfers are automated, so no human has access to the data - and although data transfers are carried out via our server, we warrant that these data will never be shared with another party.
• I have a dial up connection. Can I use this program?
  Sorry, but this application needs broadband internet connection.
• I have installed the program but it does not run. Why?
  In order for Aerolister to operate properly your PC must meet the following minimum requirements: Operating System: Windows XP, Screen resolution: 1024 x 768, Memory (RAM): 512 MB, Hard Disk Space: 200 MB.
